Emily offers an initial 15-minute call, used to establish a baseline for therapeutic needs, scheduling, insurance, and logistics.
In a 55-minute intake session, scheduled through this call or through Ellie Mental Health’s scheduling team, you will be able to communicate with Emily regarding your needs and hopes for therapy, and to work together to establish a plan for ongoing sessions weekly, every other week, or intermittently.
At this time, Emily offers individual therapy for adults, college students, teens, and preteens and does not offer family or couples’ sessions. Please contact Emily at [email protected] or 203-242-7337 with any questions.
