Emily earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and brings expertise in supporting clients through anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and career or life changes. She integrates evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness—with talk therapy to help clients find both clarity and relief.
Emily believes change is an inevitable part of life—but it isn’t always easy, especially when it’s unexpected or unwanted, like the end of a relationship or the loss of a job. Her goal is to walk alongside her clients through these difficult times, helping them navigate transitions and implement changes until they feel grounded and confident in their new circumstances.
Clients appreciate Emily’s compassionate, practical approach and her ability to foster resilience during life’s most challenging seasons.
