Lea is a mental health counselor who is passionate about helping adults and parents develop the tools, insight, and support they need to navigate life’s challenges while maintaining a strong sense of connection and well-being. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the many demands that can come with balancing personal, family, and professional responsibilities. Lea particularly enjoys supporting parents as they navigate the complexities of parenting while also making space for their own mental health, relationships, and individual needs.
Lea’s clinical approach is grounded in Adlerian theory, emphasizing the importance of relationships, belonging, and understanding each person within the context of their unique experiences and circumstances. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, identify strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Her work with children incorporates play therapy as a developmentally appropriate way to help them express themselves, build insight, and develop healthy coping skills within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Outside of work, Lea enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and taking walks with her dog.
