Elanda-Isabella, earned her Clinical MSW at Boston University. She specializes in couples/marriage therapy, trauma recovery for complex PTSD and self-development. She has served diverse populations across therapy, crisis, and case management settings. Her approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapies/Couple’s Therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and various Family Therapy modalities. Elanda has respect for the brain’s incredible ability to develop resilience and rewire after trauma. She works to uncover generational wounds and harmful beliefs that affect relationships and self-worth on a body-based neuro-biological level and relationally. With curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, she offers a tailored, empowering therapeutic space—helping clients heal, grow, and strengthen their inner resources.
Elanda is currently focused on working with clients using a short term therapy model lasting 6-12 weeks to focus in on actionable strategies to address immediate concerns. Short Term treatment addresses a specific goal to build skills, problem solve, and/or improve communication.
