Devin Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health. Throughout his career, he has worked as a therapist, clinical supervisor, program developer, and clinical director, but his favorite part of the work has always been helping people better understand themselves and feel more confident navigating their lives.
Devin has a particular passion for working with trauma, neurodivergence, identity, relationships, and the ways our past experiences can continue to shape how we see ourselves and interact with the world. His approach is person-centered, culturally responsive, and heavily influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than viewing symptoms or behaviors simply as problems to eliminate, Devin enjoys helping clients understand where those patterns came from, what purpose they may have served, and how to develop healthier ways of responding to themselves and others.
Devin believes therapy works best when people are able to show up as themselves. He values authenticity, curiosity, humor, and creating a space where clients can have difficult conversations without feeling judged or reduced to a diagnosis. His experience working with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, identities, family structures, and life experiences has reinforced his belief that effective therapy has to fit the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit the therapy.
As a supervisor, Devin brings the same philosophy to developing clinicians. Having built and led clinical teams across outpatient, school-based, intensive, and community behavioral health settings, he is passionate about helping therapists develop their own clinical identity, trust their judgment, and grow into confident clinicians while still feeling supported.
Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with his son, coaching youth basketball, staying active, and finding entirely too many things to become interested in.
