I have been working in the mental health field, as both a student and a professional, since 2021 and have been directly in the field since 2022. In that time, I have been fortunate to help clients from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances address, understand, and manage their mental ailments. My intended area of specialty centers around trauma, depression, and anxiety, but is not limited to those alone.
It is my goal to properly and professionally assess any concerns that may be present in a person’s life, and to work in-tandem with them, striving to help develop empowerment and coping skills through, predominantly, a cognitive-behavioral approach, but prefer to follow my clients’ lead.
