Danielle works across the lifespan with kids (7+), adolescents, and adults. She focuses on the entire family system, whether that’s a couple, an individual client navigating their family/workplace system, or an entire family. She is especially skilled at working with family members who experience cognitive impairment and developmental delays or may have a history with substance abuse. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly and is an ally to our LGBTQ+ community.
In her work, Danielle provides an environment that allows her clients to truly be authentic and to express themselves without fear of judgment or being misunderstood. Danielle promotes clients having grace for themselves and honesty with themselves by creating a safe space that allows clients to process emotions, feelings and thoughts at a pace that is most comfortable for them. Danielle utilizes solution-focused strategies, CBT, narrative, attachment-based, and expressive therapies.
Danielle is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate located in North Carolina. She has over twelve years of experience working with individuals dealing with behavioral and mental health issues. Danielle earned both her Bachelor’s in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University located in Union, New Jersey.
