Dana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QS-CSW) with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Dana utilizes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with a supportive and collaborative approach, to help clients navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change.
Dana enjoys working with individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety, stress, relationship and family concerns, and other mental health challenges. I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate the emotional changes that can come with aging, major life transitions, and changes in family dynamics.
Dana believes therapy should be a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Dana’s goal is to meet each client where they are, help them identify their strengths and goals, and develop practical strategies to move forward. Dana works collaboratively with clients to find solutions that fit their individual needs, circumstances, and values.
