Dallas (she/her, they/them) earned master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and Public Health from Arcadia University. Her approach to therapy is relational, honest, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that our relationships, environments, identities, and lived experiences shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world. Dallas helps clients better understand patterns in their emotions, communication, relationships, and sense of self while building greater confidence in expressing their needs and navigating difficult situations more effectively.
Dallas specializes in working with adolescents, families, young adults, women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She especially enjoys supporting clients navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, family conflict, identity development, grief, communication difficulties, and major life transitions. Much of her work focuses on emotional regulation, relational dynamics, autonomy, and helping clients move out of cycles of conflict, shutdown, avoidance, or feeling misunderstood.
Her therapeutic style balances warmth, humor, curiosity, and directness. Dallas values creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe enough to explore difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop deeper insight into themselves and their relationships. She draws from an integrative approach tailored to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.
As a native of Chester County, Dallas proudly roots for all Philly sports teams. She is a lifelong equestrian, dog enthusiast, and is tolerated by her cats most of the time.
