If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, authenticity, and without judgment, Courtney may be the right fit for you. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida, Courtney works with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and the everyday pressures of simply trying to hold everything together.
Courtney believes therapy should be a space where you don’t have to pretend to be okay or have everything figured out. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools to create meaningful change. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals.
With experience in both mental health and substance use treatment, Courtney understands that healing is rarely one-size-fits-all. She is especially passionate about helping people break unhealthy patterns, rebuild confidence, navigate difficult seasons, and discover strengths they may have forgotten they possess.
Courtney views therapy as walking alongside you—not judging your journey or telling you who to become. Whether you’re carrying something from your past, struggling with where you are today, or simply ready for something in your life to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
