About Conor Wall
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership built on empathy, genuineness, and non-judgmental support. My specialties including anxiety, working with children, men’s issues, stress/life transitions, college populations, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, I’m here to help you flourish!
You deserve a space where your identity isn’t just accepted, but celebrated. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of everyday adulthood, men’s issues, academic and college-related burnout, daily tough stuff of being a kid, or the complexities of the LGBTQIA+ experience, we’ll work together to find your path forward. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. As a humanistic counselor, I prioritize your comfort above all else. Whether we are untangling the knots of anxiety, finding your footing after a rough patch, or figuring out your ‘next steps’ together, my goal is to walk alongside you.
With advanced training from Rutgers, as well as years of experience in residential assistance counseling, I’ve learned that strengths are our greatest tools. My office or virtual “space” is a soft place to land when the world feels like too much. Using a strengths-based framework, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, setting goals that feel like a relief, not a chore.
Outside of the therapy space, I like to go hiking, sing, play the guitar, and will frequently see a new play or musical. I’m a New York sports fan, and have a cat!
