About Christine Zacheis

Christine is a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a diverse background in inpatient hospital settings, community mental health and school-based programs. She provides person-centered care to individuals, families and couples through a systemic lens, creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen and heard.

Christine is an affirming ally who supports clients in exploring identity, including gender and sexuality. She offers a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming environment that welcomes open conversations about intimacy, sensuality and self-expression.

As an adoptee, Christine is especially passionate about supporting adoption and foster care communities and fostering connection within family systems. She is also a Perinatal Support Specialist with experience in perinatal mental health, fertility, and pre/postpartum mental health and is a Certified Parent Coach trained in the evidence-based Nurturing Parenting curriculum.

Her work integrates approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gottman Method to support communication, emotional understand, and relational growth, particularly in her work with couples.
