Chelsea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Chelsea’s previous 10+ years of experience include school social work, care coordination, and private practice. She has experience working with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. Chelsea utilizes modalities such as CBT, DBT, and attachment-based modalities to create a holistic and individualized plan for each client. She believes the client is the expert on themselves and focuses on facilitating the therapeutic process through skill building and helping individuals gain insight into their patterns to help them improve functioning in day-to-day life. Chelsea especially enjoys working with adolescents and young adults as they explore their identities and experience life’s transition from adolescence into adulthood. Chelsea was born and raised in Colorado Springs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
