About Chelsea Faulkner
Chelsea is an LGBTQIA+ affirming art therapist and counselor who supports youth and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, identity, and life transitions. They believe therapy can be a place to explore, create, and discover new ways forward. Chelsea integrates art therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, somatic approaches, and family therapy to create care that fits each client. Their approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in curiosity and authenticity. With training in trauma-aware yoga, Chelsea may also incorporate movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to support mind-body connection and emotional regulation.
