Hello, my name is Caroline Lopez, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) supervised by Tracy Teimourian, LCSW-S. My approach to therapy is rooted in client-centered care, with a focus on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their personal goals.
I have experience working with adolescents through older adults and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also work with individuals navigating substance use, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, self-harm behavior, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, strengths based therapy, and psychotherapy. I also offer Christian counseling upon request.
