About Carlee Giordano

In my time working with children, families, and adults in therapeutic settings, I have found there are moments where a client gets a light in their eyes. Whether it be from feeling understood, or like they are no longer alone-these are the moments that embody my goal as a therapist. With trauma-informed, adaptive intervention approaches such as EMDR, reality therapies, somatic and narrative approaches, I work alongside clients to create a space based in their strengths.
Much of my experience has been working with neurodiverse clients, clients with trauma, and clients struggling with perfectionism, people pleasing, attachment, anger management, and somatic concerns. I believe in the mind-body connection, and utilize a mixture of psycho-dynamic and narrative approaches weaved in with mindfulness and EMDR to holistically heal.

Together, we will collaborate to create a space of unconditional positive regard, navigate the systems that are causing you concern, and work diligently to work in a way that is most comfortable to you. All people deserve a space to be supported, celebrated, and trusted to heal at their own pace, and in their own way. I hope to provide that for you.
