Candace is a compassionate therapist who believes in creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. She meets clients where they are, taking a collaborative, person-centered approach that helps them explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped their lives while building practical skills for meaningful, lasting change.
Candace enjoys working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and stress. She is especially passionate about helping clients replace self-criticism with self-understanding, believing that growth often begins when people learn to extend compassion toward themselves.
As an Indigenous woman, Candace is committed to providing culturally responsive care and honoring each person’s identity, background, and lived experiences. She also has experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodiversity, and complex life circumstances through education, case management, and community mental health.
Candace integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, celebrating growth, and building the life they want.
