“Life is what happens after we make plans.” Sometimes the unexpected can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. When anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges begin to feel like too much to carry, you don’t have to navigate them alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than five years of experience in mental health and over 16 years in the helping profession. I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, heal from difficult experiences, and feel more confident moving forward.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on your strengths. I believe you already have an incredible capacity for growth and healing, even when it may not feel that way. Together, we’ll look beyond what’s happening on the surface to better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to how you’re feeling today.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ll find strategies that fit your experiences, needs, and goals.
Whether you’re trying to heal from the past, improve your relationship, manage overwhelming emotions, or simply feel more like yourself again, therapy can provide the space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters to you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll start where you are and work together toward greater balance, connection, and hope.
