I am an LPC Candidate committed to walking alongside adolescents and adults as they navigate some of life’s most complex challenges. My clinical passion lies in providing supportive guidance through the weight of anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions.

My approach extends into Sport and Performance Psychology, driven by a deep commitment to helping athletes, performers, and ambitious professionals build the necessary mental resilience to thrive. I believe that true therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth, where we transition from merely coping to actively optimizing performance across all areas of life.
