Bri Santaniello, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor who works with children, adolescents, and young adults across a wide range of developmental stages, from early school age through college. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, and has over eight years of clinical experience across inpatient, residential, school-based, partial hospital, and outpatient settings.
She is especially passionate about supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Bri understands how important it is for clients to feel seen, heard, and understood, and she prioritizes creating a space where individuals can show up authentically and without judgment.
Bri’s style is warm, engaging, and relational, with a strong emphasis on building trust and connection. She believes meaningful progress in therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and works to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and interests.
Her approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, art-based interventions, and play therapy. She helps clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop confidence in managing challenges both in and outside of therapy.
