She enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences and brings a particular understanding of the demands of balancing academics, athletics, relationships, and other responsibilities.

Brianna supports clients navigating a variety of mental health and life challenges and takes an individualized approach to understanding each person’s needs and goals. Her experience includes supporting clients through emotional and behavioral concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of increased stress, as well as providing crisis support and connecting clients with additional resources when needed.

Brianna uses a flexible and creative approach to therapy, drawing on her clinical training and experience to tailor interventions to each client’s needs. She works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, develop practical strategies, and build on their existing strengths and resources.

Brianna is collaborative, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping clients make progress. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported while also having opportunities to develop new perspectives and skills. Her experience as a former college athlete has shaped her appreciation for teamwork, goal-setting, perseverance, and finding strategies that work for each individual.
Education & Credentials:
Brianna earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Concordia University of Wisconsin. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
