About Bethany Bishop

Bethany works with individuals of all ages who are facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. CBT is highly effective in helping individuals understand and change unhelpful thought patterns, while Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizes practical, goal-oriented solutions to navigate life’s obstacles. Motivational Interviewing supports clients in finding motivation for change and empowering clients to take steps toward a more positive future.

$75,000 + ($135 per session)
$50,000 to $74,999 ($105 per session)
Under $49,000 ($95 per session)

Couples and Family Counseling Services are not billed to insurance. Self Pay Rates are as follows:
$75,000 + ($175 per session)
$50,000 to $74,999 ($150 per session)
Under $49,000 ($125 per session)
