About Bailey Nelms
Bailey is an Associate Professional Counselor with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State. She enjoys working with individuals from all stages of life, believing that everyone – littles to adults – deserves a space to heal. Bailey works from a person-centered approach and incorporates Adlerian and Cognitive-Behavioral theory into her practice. She is trained in Play Therapy through Georgia State’s Play Therapy Institute and often utilizes expressive arts in sessions. Bailey works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, identity development issues, and more from an identity-affirming and trauma-informed lens.
