“Healing is possible. You don’t have to do it alone.”
Life can feel overwhelming, whether you’re navigating anxiety, past experiences, major life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck. Ayman creates a warm, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. He believes therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths and values, and develop meaningful ways to move forward.
Ayman is a Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from UMass Boston, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. As a Moroccan-American and polyglot who speaks English, Spanish, Arabic, Moroccan Darija, and French, Ayman understands the ways culture, identity, and life experiences can shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. He strives to honor each client’s background, values, and perspective throughout the therapeutic process.
Ayman takes a client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. He tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, helping them build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting growth and change.
