About Autumn Brown
I specialize in working with clients who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health needs or concerns. I have extensive history working with women, students, and those with a dual diagnosis. I like to meet clients where they are at and treat them as the expert by using a holistic, trauma informed, and direct approach. I use an eclectic style in session, using therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
I have worked for an inpatient treatment facility for women struggling with addiction, children, students, domestic violence victims, pregnant women, MAT patients, and trauma patients.
