I am Mexican-American, Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT) who is passionate in working with couples and individuals (16+).
I offer a safe, supportive and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgment. I view therapy as a partnership grounded in trust, empathy, compassion, vulnerability and respect.
I support clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem issues, ADHD, grief, postpartum, identity exploration, and relational concerns.
I believe that clients should feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. I’m committed to meeting clients where they are on their journey and supporting them as they develop insight, self awareness, resiliency, and move toward lives that feel more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
I use an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic modalities.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy music festivals, traveling, and quality time with my friends, family and two dogs.
No APS, CPS or court mandated therapy.
