About Ashley Ramos
Ashley works with clients across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Her clinical foundation comes from two years supporting court-involved and system-impacted youth and families, where she used trauma-informed, strengths-based, and CBT-informed approaches alongside restorative practices to help clients navigate conflict, build vocational and life skills, and repair relationships. That experience is layered on a broader background in community health education and child welfare advocacy, giving her a grounded understanding of how systems, schools, courts, and healthcare shape people’s lives.
She approaches each client with genuine curiosity, believing they’re the expert on their own life; her role is to help them notice what’s already working and build from there. She’s especially attuned to clients from a wide range of cultural and community backgrounds, and brings both warmth and steadiness to sessions, whether she’s helping someone through a crisis moment or a slower season of growth.
