HI I am Ashley. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, women’s issues, and a variety of life transitions. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role isn’t to tell you who to be or how you should feel. Instead, we’ll work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful goals that feel right for you.
My approach is warm, holistic, and person-centered. I want therapy to be a place where you can show up as yourself without worrying about judgment or having the “right” thing to say. Together, we can slow things down, get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and find ways to help you feel more confident and connected to yourself.
When working with children, I love incorporating creativity and play into our sessions. Kids don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling—and they shouldn’t have to. Play gives children a natural way to express themselves, work through big emotions, develop coping skills, and better understand their world.
Above all, I believe the relationship we build together matters. I bring empathy, compassion, curiosity, and collaboration into the therapy room so that you—or your child—can feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. We’ll take things one step at a time, together.
