About Ashley DeLuca
Hello! My name is Ashley, and I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I also work with the lifespan with a wide range of diagnoses. I earned my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health with a concentration of advance informed trauma at Bay Path University. I believe that every person has their own unique story, strengths, and experiences, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and trauma informed. I understand that asking for support can feel difficult, especially for children and families who have experienced stressful or challenging situations. I meet each client where they are and work collaboratively with them to build trust, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen communication. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, build confidence in themselves, and develop skills they can carry with them beyond our time together. I am committed to providing support with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
