About Ashley Amling
Ashley is a mental health professional who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people of all ages feel seen, heard, and empowered. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and more. She sees clients starting from the age of 5 and is dedicated to understanding each person as a whole. Using a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ashley helps clients explore their thoughts, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth and healing. Above all, she believes that everyone deserves support as they work through life’s challenges—and that change is always possible.
