● Talking about a block rarely dissolves it. We work experientially – noticing what happens in you as it happens and use EMDR in both directions: back, to defuse the moments that taught you to freeze or doubt – and forward, to rehearse what’s coming or watch a stuck idea unfold on its own.
● This is for people who think for a living and have hit the limits of thinking their way out – when your preparation outpaces your execution, your competence is assumed, and the cost stays invisible to everyone but you.
● I provide consultations for other helping professionals, including therapists, counselors, and social workers, enhancing their practice beyond traditional CBT.
No APS or active court cases.
