You can expect Andie to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where you feel truly seen and heard. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UMSL and is currently under the supervision of Melani Saito, MA, LPC, as she completes her hours toward full licensure.
Andie has worked with adolescents and adults in agency, group, and college settings. She knows that addressing mental health can feel overwhelming, so she draws from a variety of approaches—including CBT, person-centered therapy, solution-focused strategies, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices—to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs.
Her experience includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, boundary setting, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, substance use, identity development, and grief. Her goal is always to empower clients to feel comfortable, supported, and capable of growth.
Outside of work, Andie enjoys reading, crocheting, spending time outdoors, painting, and relaxing with her favorite shows.
