About Amanda Clark
Amanda is a Master of Social Work student completing her second clinical internship. Amanda’s experience in the mental health field includes working at a community behavioral health center and a hospital setting, where she provides crisis support and assists by finding appropriate psychiatric placements for patients. During her first graduate internship, she had the opportunity to shadow clinicians conducting crisis evaluations, gaining experience in assessing risk, determining appropriate levels of care, and supporting individuals in times of crisis. Amanda is passionate about meeting clients where they are, building meaningful therapeutic relationships, and continuing to grow her clinical skills while providing compassionate client-centered care.
