Hi, I am Alina! I work with children, teens, and adults. I bring warmth, compassion, and a person-centered approach to my work, meeting each client where they are and helping them take the next steps toward where they want to be. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about having a safe space to explore, learn, grow, and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and resiliency, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Whether you’re working through big emotions, learning how to better understand yourself, processing difficult experiences, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you unpack what’s going on and find tools that work for you.
My approach is eclectic and tailored to the person sitting in front of me. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, play therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we may build new coping skills, challenge unhelpful thoughts, explore how experiences show up in your body, or simply make space to understand what you’re feeling. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical—and that the approach should fit you, not the other way around.
Most importantly, I want my clients to know they don’t have to figure it all out alone. Therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and take things one step at a time. Wherever you’re starting, we can work together to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped for what comes next.
