At Ellie Mental Health, I work with adolescents (ages 16+) and adults across the lifespan. I am passionate about supporting individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community and people from diverse cultural, identity, and marginalized communities. I support clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or the impact of difficult life experiences.
Using a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I collaborate with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that honor their unique experiences, values, and goals.
