Alenna has earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative approach that emphasizes meeting clients where they are. She has experience working with diverse clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions. Alenna prioritizes building a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship as a foundation for change. She draws from relational-cultural therapy as well as other evidence-based modalities to support clients in developing insight, strengthening coping strategies, and working toward goals that feel meaningful and sustainable. Her work is collaborative and flexible, adapting to each client’s unique needs, pace, and lived experience. Alenna is committed to providing a supportive, culturally responsive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered in their growth. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing her to work with clients across linguistic and cultural contexts in an accessible and affirming way.
