Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life transition, struggling with depression, or simply feeling stuck, Aimee is here to help. She believes therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted—a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
Aimee takes a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach, recognizing that every person’s story is unique. She works alongside clients to build on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create realistic goals that lead to greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. Her experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions.
Aimee earned both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is passionate about helping people discover their inner strengths and create positive, meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and appreciating the simple moments that bring joy to everyday life.
