Aurora – City Center
Aurora, CO 80011
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing challenges including depression, anxiety, identity development, self-confidence, relationships concerns, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with children and adolescents, and when appropriate, welcome the involvement of parents and family members. I believe meaningful change can extend beyond the individual and into the relationships and systems around them, while honoring each client’s unique needs and experiences. I also enjoy supporting adults as they navigate relationships, transitions, self-understanding, and personal growth.
My approach integrates narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused, and trauma-informed practices. At my core, I am a person-centered therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and empathy to the therapeutic relationship. I provide guidance, support, and therapeutic tools while collaborating with clients to identify meaningful goals and build on their strengths.
I am dedicated to helping clients develop deeper self-understanding, build healthier relationships, and create lasting positive change. I am honored to support individuals and families as they work toward greater connection, confidence, and well-being.
