I’m Abbey and looking forward to connecting with you to see if I am the right fit for your therapeutic journey! I understand how difficult it can be to make the decision to reach out for support. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience working in school based and crisis response.
My approach as a therapist is to create a comfortable and safe environment where clients feel seen and heard without judgement. I want to understand what brought a client in at this point in their life. Together we will establish goals, identify strengths, and learn to implement techniques that are right for that client. I adapt my session style based on the individual I am seeing. I appreciate humor as well as being direct.
My hope is to empower, support, and guide individuals through these sessions. If I’m not the right fit I will always support you in finding that person for you.
