About Abigail Cornish
Abby is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She’s passionate about educating others about mental health using different learning styles and ending the stigma. Abby’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and rooted in various trauma-informed modalities, such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. But most importantly, she wants her clients to feel comfortable and have fun. Prior to joining Ellie, Abby worked for various nonprofits advocating for children and adults who have experienced trauma. While not in the office, Abby likes to read books on the beach, watch the latest Marvel movie, and cuddle her two cats.
