I am a compassionate counselor, as well as a mom, daughter, sister, and friend who cares deeply about community and sharing resources. I believe that everyone experiences difficult seasons in life, and there is no shame in seeking support during those times. My approach is needs-based and individualized, meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique life circumstances. I strive to walk alongside my clients through challenges so they can build insight, develop skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults, children, and couples, with a growing focus on children and family therapy. I am especially passionate about fostering confident, emotionally healthy children and helping families build safe, supportive environments rooted in open communication. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Gottman Method, while prioritizing self-care for both myself and my clients.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a mental health emphasis from Chaminade University of Honolulu. My professional background includes mental health work focused on crisis intervention, case management, and family involvement. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about volunteering and staying actively engaged in the community to better serve those around me.
