I am a compassionate counselor, as well as a mom, daughter, sister, and friend who cares deeply about community and sharing resources. I believe that everyone experiences difficult seasons in life, and there is no shame in seeking support during those times. My approach is needs-based and individualized, meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique life circumstances. I strive to walk alongside my clients through challenges so they can build insight, develop skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults, children, and couples, with a growing focus on children and family therapy. I am especially passionate about fostering confident, emotionally healthy children and helping families build safe, supportive environments rooted in open communication. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Gottman Method, while prioritizing self-care for both myself and my clients.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a mental health emphasis from Chaminade University of Honolulu. I am currently working toward full licensure in Missouri and am committed to ongoing training to continue expanding my clinical knowledge and skills. My professional background includes mental health work focused on crisis intervention, case management, and family involvement. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about volunteering and staying actively engaged in the community to better serve those around me.
