Valerie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years plus of experience in the mental health field, servicing individuals & families of all backgrounds. Valerie holds her Masters in Social Work from New York University, and Masters in Art Therapy from Albertus Magnus College. Her modality approach is in CBT, Art Therapy, Strength-Based, and Person-Centered modality.

Her goal is to empower clients and provide them with the tools they need to thrive. She is committed to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and creating an environment where everyone feels safe, supported, and heard. She believes that by combining traditional therapeutic methods with creative and innovative approaches, we can unlock new pathways for healing.
