Tracey is a warm and caring therapist who believes that we all have an amazing capacity for growth and healing. She strives to help clients gain a richer, more compassionate understanding of themselves to reduce anxiety and depression and support healing from trauma. She uses a holistic, integrative approach, blending emotional processing, internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. She is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Colorado. She brings her extensive experience as a women’s health RN to her work as a therapist, helping clients with perinatal anxiety, depression, loss, perimenopause and menopause. She has experience helping survivors of childhood trauma, domestic violence and sexual abuse. Tracey works with ages 17+ in all stages of life and all genders. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, gardening or camping with her family and her dog.
