Tori earned her Master of Social Work degree from Salem State University. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Tori specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and is passionate about providing affirming, strengths-based care that honors each person’s unique experiences.

Tori believes therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. She takes a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals and strengths. She draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Tori is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, develop practical coping skills, and build lives that feel authentic and meaningful.
