Taylor graduated from University of Maryland with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She has experience working with children, teens and young adults. She provides in person and Telehealth services.
Taylor believes that healing is a collaborative journey. Drawing from evidenced-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Solutions-Focused and mindfulness techniques, she will tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. Working together, Taylor will help support you in identify patterns, building resilience and fostering self-awareness to help you live a more fulfilling life.
In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog, going for hikes and painting!
