Tara is a social worker with experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and adjustment challenges. Her professional background includes work with military and veteran communities, justice-involved populations, crisis situations, and individuals facing complex behavioral health needs. As an Army veteran and military family advocate, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience supporting service members, veterans, and their families. Tara’s approach is practical, collaborative, and goal-oriented, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build skills, increase resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
