Sarah Owens, PLPC

Therapist

Sarah works with teens (13+) and adults. She has experience working with first responders, veterans, and individuals in high-demand or service-oriented roles, as well as clients navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, and family-related concerns.

She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilizes evidence-based approaches in her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and EMDR to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and resilience-building. She tailors treatment to meet each client’s individual needs and goals. Sarah is currently pursuing full clinical licensure in Missouri.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
