Rebecca Carpenter, LPC

Therapist

Therapy is not a “one size fits all” experience, which is why Rebecca tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She work with adolescents and adults, with a special passion for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, are neurodivergent (including autism, ADHD, and processing disorders), or live with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities. Rebecca strives to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered. Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, Rebecca can help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and foster meaningful growth. She believes that healing happens within a supportive therapeutic relationship, and she is committed to meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward the life they want to live.

When not working Rebecca enjoys time with family and friends and hanging out with there two fur babies.
