Rachel Scott, LPCC

Therapist

I support children, teens, young adults, and the people who care for them. No matter your age or stage, I bring warmth, empathy, and respect to our sacred therapeutic relationship.

With kids, I believe play is the path to healing. I’m trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), an evidence-based approach that honors a child’s natural way of expressing themselves. I also enjoy working directly with parents to strengthen attachment and create meaningful change.

As we grow, our connection to play might change, but our need for playfulness doesn’t go away. My own playful spirit helps create connection and ease as we work through life’s challenges together. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to tailor our work to your unique needs.
