Nicole Puglisi is a Licensed Associate Counselor who earned her graduate degree from William Paterson University’s Clinical Counseling/Psychology Graduate Program. Nicole’s experience includes working with diverse populations from childhood through adulthood, assisting in the navigation of life’s challenges including health and mental health diagnoses.

Nicole specializes in working with those who are suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, navigating change and relationship troubles, as well as life threatening and/or chronic illnesses, with a special interest in treating those facing a cancer diagnosis for themselves or a loved one.

Nicole favors the use of an integrative approach, utilizing an array of techniques deriving from cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy while incorporating a psychoanalytic and an existential approach.

Nicole fosters a safe space where clients can comfortably heal while working towards a hopeful, positive, and healthy future.
